Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Adjust production plans appropriately in the event of delays to ensure that production targets are achieved.
- Coordinate and revise production plans with the Production Planning (PC) department when facing raw material shortages or emergency situations, in order to maintain efficient production operations.
- Issue warnings and provide guidance to Leaders and Chief Leaders in cases of violations of work rules or company regulations.
- Transfer knowledge and provide on-the-job training to Chief Leaders to develop their skills and enhance work performance.
- Improve and raise productivity targets when the team consistently achieves the existing goals.
- Provide guidance and coaching to Leaders and Chief Leaders when errors are identified or when work does not comply with standard operating procedures.
- Supervise, manage, and give instructions on behalf of the Chief Leader in their absence.
- Evaluate the performance of Chief Leaders and participate in the performance evaluation of Leaders to enhance team capability.
- Review and approve production reports before submitting them to relevant departments.
- Design and improve work-related documents to ensure they are suitable for Leaders and employees, easy to understand, and practical for actual implementation.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the production department, specifically in production line control or related fields. (any product background)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and develop subordinates, work well with others.
- Good planning, problem-solving, and work process improvement skills.
- Conversational low to High in English for email communication.
- Valid driver’s license for a car or motorcycle to commute to company
- Proficient in using computers and office equipment (MS Office, Email, etc.).
