Production Assistant Manager @Rayong
(40K-60K) (JO-180511-162030)
Work outline: Be responsible for production management of factory in Rayong
Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning and organizing production schedule and line by following company’s strategy
Manage and oversee all production line and production process of factory in Rayong
Manage cost of tooling and equipment of production line
Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy
Ensure that health and safety regulations are met
Attend necessary meeting such as quality meeting, production meeting, manager meeting, project meeting etc.
Prepare monthly report such as production process report and KPI report
Make a plan for training, monthly action and manpower
Keep and implement ISO standard; ISO14001, ISO/TSI16949 and OHSAS18001
Organize production process and line to enhance productivity
Supervising the work of junior staff, planning training and evaluation for all staff in factory
Coordinate with other QA, PC, Warehouse Department to operate production smoothly
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, male/female, age 33-40 years
Bachelor degree in Science or chemical related field
7-10 years working experience in production section
Working experience in chemical product manufacturing, Resin related manufacturing is high advantage
Good command of English or Japanese
Preferable:
Work experience in Japanese company before
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Company’s bus in Rayong
Working Hour: 8.00–17.00 (Mon-Fri)
