Production assistant manager - manager (JP)

ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ - ผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต(สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Take care of subordinates (7 members)
• Adjust manufacturing plan and schedule with JP manager (speak Japanese)
• Production control (Quality check, Production quantity check)
• Check some documents which is necessary for shipping *some documents and e-mails are written by English
• Managing from manufacturing to shipping
• Other task might be assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years experience of management (level of SV or assistant manager) in shop floor in manufacturing industry (related field is possible to apply)
• Have experience to make manufacturing plan and production control
• Be able to understand the shipping process
• Conversational middle level of Japanese (bottom line is N3)
• Basic level of English (be able to read and write）
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic work style
• Responsible person
• Be able to give orders to subordinates
• Have experience to work in automotive parts company is preferable
Languages skills
• English : Basic
• Japanese : Conversational
Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri * Saturday : ordinary none)

• ดูแลลูกน้อง (7 คน)
• ปรับแผนการผลิตและกำหนดการกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุุ่น (พูดภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
• การควบคุมการผลิต (การตรวจสอบคุณภาพ การตรวจสอบปริมาณการผลิต)
•ตรวจสอบเอกสารบางอย่างที่จำเป็นสำหรับการขนส่ง * เอกสารและอีเมลบางฉบับเขียนโดยภาษาอังกฤษ
• การจัดการตั้งแต่การผลิตจนถึงการจัดส่ง
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
• อายุ 30-40 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• ปริญญาตรี
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการบริหารจัดการ (ระดับหัวหน้างานหรือผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ) ในสาขาร้านค้าในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต (สามารถสมัครได้ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
•มีประสบการณ์จัดทำแผนการผลิตและควบคุมการผลิต
•สามารถเข้าใจกระบวนการขนส่งสินค้า
•ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนา(อย่างน้อยคือ N3)
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน (สามารถอ่านและเขียนได้)
•รูปแบบการทำงานที่มีแรงบันดาลใจและกระตือรือร้นในตัวเอง
• คนที่มีความรับผิดชอบ
•สามารถให้คำสั่งผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษั ผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์เป็นที่ต้องการ
