Production Assistant Manager - Manager (40K – 60K) (SDG-65556) Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage overall production (Automotive seat (Leather)) • Responsible for the effective and successful handle of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the production Department. • Responsible for planning, monitoring, appraising, reviewing job contributions and Training • Coordinate with related section for installation process • Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 30-40 years • Male only • Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical or related • At least 5 years experiences as Production role in Automotive seat (Leather) or other related interior parts (OEM) toward tier 1 supplier. • 5 years management experience in Production department leader. • Advanced Conversational middle-high level in English. • Computer Literacy (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point) • Tough person and comfort to work in production line • Be able to commute to work by themselves Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None • Workplace Area: Nong-Kham Sriracha Chon Buri • Working Hour: 8:00-17:40( 2 Saturday per months depends on Business' calendar) About the Benefit • Salary: 40,000–60,000THB • Social Insurance • Accidental Insurance • OPD/IPD • Uniform About the allowance • Car allowance About the company • Business Type: Manufacturing • Products: Car Seats, Air Craft Seats
