Production Assistant Manager (30K-40K) (SDG-79465) ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต <Job Responsibilities> - *This position is expected to be Manager position in the future. - Checking the production process according to the schedule - Manage personnel planning and costs, including overtime and shifts, according to production volume - Communicate with the other production line's manager to improve the efficiency - Search the problems and make plans to improve productivity and control costs - Direction and manage staff to achieve the above - Check the number of stocks, production, orders parts - Report the daily, weekly, monthly progress to managers in English - Other tasks as assigned <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-38 years old - Bachelor’s Degree of any engineering fields - At least 5 years’ experience of production control in manufacturing industry - At least 1 year experience of management experience - Conversational middle level of English (To report) - Strong leadership <Preferable Skills / Experiences> - Conversational middle level of Japanese - Working experience in air conditioner industry - Strong knowledge of ISO Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Klong Luang, Patumthani Working Hour: 7:00-16:00 (Mon-Fri (Sat: depend on the company schedule)) About the Benefits Salary: 30,000–40,000THB About the company Product & Service: Brass parts for Air conditioner Business Type: Machine Parts
