Production Assistant Manager

ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Production Planning
- Planning the production management for determine the process efficiency
- Coordinate with the relevant section by meeting or sharing the production plan
- Planning the machinery usage, manpower to meet the customer order
- Daily production forecast by customer order
- Monitor the inventory stock and prepare the material for production planning suitably
• Production Control
- Responsible for activity and conduct of production according to the quality policy
- Setting the daily production schedule to subordinates for working as planned
- Solve the problem in production, monitor the documents and report of leader
- Monitor and analyze the maintenance and preventive maintenance in factory
- Report to factory manager
• Other tasks might be assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 7 years working experience in production line in manufacturing company
• Advance conversational middle level of English
• At least 5 years experience as production management
• Have experience to take care new model, prototype new model and have knowledge how to manage and control subordinate
• Has strong leadership
• Have knowledge of Auto CAD
• Have knowledge and experience of ISO 9001:2015
• CDD who lives in near by Amatanakhorn
• Advanced conversational middle level of Japanese is more advantage

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri *No Saturday working)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•วางแผนการผลิต
- วางแผนการจัดการการผลิตเพื่อกำหนดประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการ
- ประสานงานกับส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยการประชุมหรือแบ่งปันแผนการผลิต
- วางแผนการใช้เครื่องจักรกำลังคนให้ตรงตามคำสั่งของลูกค้า
- พยากรณ์การผลิตรายวันตามคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้า
- ตรวจสอบสต๊อกสินค้าคงคลังและเตรียมวัสดุสำหรับการวางแผนการผลิตอย่างเหมาะสม
•การควบคุมการผลิต
- รับผิดชอบกิจกรรมและดำเนินการผลิตตามนโยบายคุณภาพ
- กำหนดตารางการผลิตประจำวันให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาทำงานตามแผนที่วางไว้
- แก้ไขปัญหาในการผลิตตรวจสอบเอกสารและรายงานผู้นำ
- ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์การบำรุงรักษาและการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันในโรงงาน
- รายงานต่อผู้จัดการโรงงาน

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-45 ปี
•ปริญญาตรี
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายการผลิตใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิตอย่างน้อย 7 ปี
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับกสนทนา
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการบริหารการผลิต
•มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลรุ่นใหม่ต้นแบบรุ่นใหม่และมีความรู้ในการจัดการและควบคุมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
•มีความเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่ง
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Auto CAD
•มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ ISO 9001: 2015
• ผู้สมัครที่อาศัยอยู่ใกล้กับอมตนครจะดีมาก
•ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนาจะดีมาก
