Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage manpower planning. • Plan production and set production targets (quality, production cost, delivery time). • Control and validate the production process to meet the efficiency, quality standard and safety rule. • Improvement production processes and resolve problems that arise in the production process. • Team development. • Responsible for KPI, Kaizen, productivity, budget control, cost down project, Production improvement project. • Other tasks assigned by the Production Manager. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ: • บริหารจัดการการวางแผนกำลังคน • วางแผนการผลิตและกำหนดเป้าหมายการผลิต (คุณภาพ ต้นทุนการผลิต เวลาการส่งมอบ) • ควบคุมและตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพ มาตรฐานคุณภาพ และกฎความปลอดภัย • ปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต • พัฒนาทีมงาน • รับผิดชอบ KPI, Kaizen, ผลผลิต, การควบคุมงบประมาณ, โครงการลดต้นทุน, โครงการปรับปรุงการผลิต • งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการฝ่ายผลิต
Job Requirement
