Production Assistant Manager @Rayong (40K-75K) (SDG-50382) <Job Responsibilities> Planning and organizing production schedule and line by following company’s strategy Manage and oversee all production line and production process of factory in Rayong Manage cost of tooling and equipment of production line Control and determine production standards on basis of company strategy Ensure that health and safety regulations are met Attend necessary meeting such as quality meeting, production meeting, manager meeting, project meeting etc. Prepare monthly report such as production process report and KPI report Make a plan for training, monthly action and manpower Keep and implement ISO standard; ISO14001, ISO/TSI16949 and OHSAS18001 Organize production process and line to enhance productivity Supervising the work of junior staff, planning training and evaluation for all staff in factory Coordinate with other QA, PC, Warehouse Department to operate production smoothly
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-45 years old Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering At least 5 years working experience in production section At least 1 year management experience Working experience in chemical product manufacturing Resin related manufacturing is high advantage Conversational middle level of English <Preferable Skill / Experience> Work experience in Japanese company before Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Map Ta Phut I.E., Rayong Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–75,000THB About the company Products: Manufacturing of Phenolic resin for Friction elements Business Type: Rubber / Resin / Plastic
