<Number of employees : Total : 800 Local : 786 Japanese : 14 > <Report Line : Japanese Plant Manager, Age 51 years old and JP HQ> <Team Member: 7-8 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 7-8 persons> <Products: Tools for agricultural work Gardening and others > <Clients: Thai Dealers> <Saturday Working: once a month (Depend on company calendar)> <Position Objective/Expectation > - New product introduction in plastic & Aluminum process and specialist of Mold injection & die casting, understood Injection & Die Casting machine condition and can issue the correct data for modify mold or tooling. <Job Responsibilities> ・Creating and implementing Work Instructions for production (implementing = training new work instructions to production staff) ・Improvement of production processes ・Change management (Track and implement ECN’s (Engineering Change Notice)) ・Process and follow-up technical quality issues from customer feedback/complaints (RMA process) ・Issue and maintain BOMs ・Issuing and maintaining user manuals ・Technical support for customers in cooperation with global sales ・To manage and control supplier to achieve schedule of new part & new model.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical, Electrical Engineer related fields ・At least 8 years experience as Plastic and Aluminium parts process and Mold injection and die casting in industrial machinery. ・At least 5 years experience in management role ・Able to read 2D,3D CAD and solid work ・Strong knowledge of ECN (Engineering Change Notice) ・Have knowledge of GD&T drawing ・Specification of machining part for Aluminium part and assembly test for Plastic part. ・Advance conversation low level in English ・Business level of Japanese (Must have JLPT N2 certificate)
