Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Support customers and distributors by delivering technical presentations and product training sessions.
- Collaborate with the Malaysian office and Japan HQ regarding technical support matters.
- Visit client sites regularly (mainly in industrial areas such as Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Rayong, Chonburi) to provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand customers’ manufacturing processes and machine usage to offer appropriate technical solutions.
- Handle inquiries from potential clients and provide product-related technical information (not new sales development).
- Support the sales team in technical discussions with existing clients.
- Manage delivery coordination and after-sales technical support.
- Attend internal meetings and provide feedback from the field.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least 2 years' Experience as engineer or sales engineer in Construction Machinery industry
- Conversational High-level of English (For communication with Malaysian location and internally with Japanese manager)
- Have own car
- Good communication skill to maintain good relationship with clients
- Willing to do business development
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having connection with Construction Machinery dealers
- Conversational high-level Japanese is welcome
- Experience in machine tools, any machine
