Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Acquire latest product knowledge and propose to the customer with Digital Innovation Solution (AI/IoT/DX). - Proactive sales activity with an advanced solution proposing skillset that Sales Representatives are unable to conduct. - Partnership relationship coordination and management for AI/IoT/DX solution. - Support Sales Representatives to propose, respond to enquiries, send invoices etc. to customers with multiple languages. - Coordinate with the Product Owner team in Japan and Thailand to solve problems for the application. - Create customer report, sales report, and other necessary reports with advice from Sales Representatives and/or Sales Manager, Directors. - Visit customers with Sales Representatives to get requirements and/or feedback, and market situation from customers. - Explain information about the product to potential customers when Sales Representatives is unavailable. - Prepare presentation material. - Support existing customers for any issue via email, phone. - Other tasks assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Security Systems, IoT, Data Science / AI, or other related fields with a strong interest in learning new technologies. - At least 3 years of working experience. No need for previous experience in AI and IoT, but a talent who has the self-motivation to learn new technology. - Have an interest in new technologies - Conversational high in English for communication, email, and documents with internal and customers - Able to use MS Office <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Understanding of IoT, GPS, AI, or 5G technology is a plus. - Able to use Japanese to communication (higher than N3) - Have a valid driver's license and own car (willing to travel to meet clients. (Bangkok and surrounding area)) - TOEIC 600+
