<Job Responsibilities> - Select raw materials in compliance with the regulations and standards of each country. - Coordinate with fishing sources, aquaculture farms, relevant authorities, processors, and various seafood suppliers. - Conduct product development and calculate product costs. - Present information and new products internally within the organization.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years experience as a, chef/cook, Buyer/procurement in seafood or food materials - Knowledge and understanding of fishing grounds, aquaculture farms, relevant authorities, processors, and suppliers of various seafood products within Thailand. - Conversational High in English (To communicate with Head quater and supplier) - Procifient in Excel (formula, Pivot/Vlookup) <Personality in detail> - Cheerful and positive, with a bright personality and the ability to work well with colleagues. - Enjoys trying new things and is quick-witted. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Japanese cuisine and has a strong preference for seafood, including raw ingredients, with the ability to distinguish and evaluate flavors. - Japanese language skill - Experience in Japanese restaurant - Experience in dealing with Supplier both domestic and oversea - 5 years experience in related fields
