Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and design dessert products for the company in alignment with the company’s brand concept and positioning - Select and evaluate raw materials to ensure compliance with regulations and standards of each country - Coordinate and negotiate with importers, manufacturers, processors, and suppliers related to dessert products - Develop desserts that complement sushi menus, including cost calculation, and present new products and concepts internally
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years experience as a patissier, chef, product development, researcher,R&D in a hotel(dessert) or bakery - Conversational High in English (To communicate with Head quater and supplier, documents and support work) - Knowledge and understanding of importers, manufacturers, processors, and suppliers related to dessert products within Thailand. - Procifient in Excel (formula, Pivot/Vlookup) <Personality in detail> - Cheerful and positive, with a bright personality and the ability to work well with colleagues. - Enjoys trying new things and is quick-witted. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Japanese language skill
