Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies/plans and overseeing the development and distribution of 
marketing materials Product/Brand Management.
• Identifying market opportunities, translating opportunities into product design, and driving branding/marketing 
strategies that result in a successful product/brand launch.
• Conducting market research to define targeted customer segments and determine the key values that drive 
buying behavior in each product line.
• Work to optimize system performance and improvement initiatives.
• Support New Projects and New Product Development for Asia and Oceania 
• Consultive sales mentality and solving problems for the customer
• Negotiating with manufacturers and business units for potential costs
• Other duties assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Marketingand Sales in an Automotive or Automotive parts company
• Conversational high‐business level of English to communicate with Indian report line)
• Strong analytical, communication, decision making, and negotiation skills
• Pro-activeness, Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• A person who has experience in taking care of brake or suspension products
• Person who has experience in the Aftermarket business
• TOEIC over 600
