Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Business Development for X-ray Products - Develop and execute business plans to expand sales of X-ray imaging products, including DR, DDR, and DR X-ray systems in Thailand. - Collaborate with the Division Manager to identify market opportunities and implement sales strategies. - Prepare and develop sales materials to effectively communicate product value and solutions to customers. - Deliver product presentations and conduct demonstrations of DR and DDR systems to healthcare customers. - Support marketing events, seminars, and exhibitions to promote DDR products and generate customer leads. - Stay updated on the latest product information and coordinate with colleagues in Japan for product knowledge and updates. 2. Channel / Distributor Management - Participate in monthly sales meetings with distributors to review performance and support achievement of annual sales targets. - Work closely with distributors to develop sales strategies and action plans to increase market penetration. - Provide product training and knowledge transfer to distributors when new products are launched. 3. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Development - Build and maintain strong relationships with key DDR users to highlight and promote clinical value. - Support clinical evaluation activities in collaboration with key hospitals, including Chulalongkorn King Memorial Hospital. 4. Product Training and Application Support - Coordinate with distributors to plan application training for DDR systems after installation. - Conduct user training to ensure customers can effectively utilize the DDR system and maximize product benefits. *DR (Digital Radiography) **DDR (Dynamic Digital Radiography)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years of working experience as a Sales, Product Manager, or Business Development in medical imaging, diagnostic imaging products - Conversational high level of English (Clients, Distributors, Report Line, HQ) - Own car and driving license <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience with X-ray, DR, DDR, PACS, MRI or radiology equipment is highly preferred. - Experience working with distributors or channel partners is an advantage.
