Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise and monitor product specialists to ensure they follow the planned schedule for product demonstrations and case visits. - Attend product demonstrations and provide proper usage guidance as requested by customers. - Plan and coordinate work schedules together with sales specialists. - Research competitors in the market to develop joint strategies and action plans with the sales team. - Set up monthly or annual schedules for providing product knowledge and sales skill training to sales representatives in advance. - Train and evaluate sales representatives to ensure their readiness, especially regarding knowledge of both the company’s products and competitors’ products. - Prepare and compile product knowledge materials, such as presentation slides and competitor comparison documents, for use in product presentations and demonstrations. - Translate product-related documents and prepare concise user manuals for products under responsibility. - Support and create sales promotion activities to boost sales and achieve company targets. - Check inventory balance to ensure it aligns with sales forecasts and prevents stock shortages. - Inspect products and related equipment to ensure they meet the contract specifications in both quantity and features before delivering to customers. - Contact relevant organizations, such as royal colleges or potential hospitals, to present products and expand the customer base. - Attend monthly sales meetings and collaborate with the sales team on marketing plans. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and comply with company policies.
