Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Ensure the achievement of brand and company financial objectives - Develop and implement all aspects of the marketing strategy and promotion plan within the A&P provided - Motivate and provide direction to team members to meet or exceed assigned goals & objectives, in accordance with unit/value targets - Maintain contact and build relationships with key opinion leaders to get support and build the company's image - Support surgeons on surgical instruction for use of medical devices (IOLs) - Monitor competitive product promotion and develop specific measures to counter competitive activity - Implement all training activities related to product promotion for the company and the Distributor’s field forces - Work with logistics to ensure product and sample availability - Work with regulatory to prioritize new product/packaging registration and maintain existing products
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Master’s degree in business administration, bachelor’s degree in science or related field - At least 8 years as a Product Specialist, Sales in the Ophthalmology product - At least 5 years as a management level - At least 3 years in Marketing within MNC - Business level in English for communication, presentation, and documents with MNC customers - Have own car and driving car license <Details> - High motivation and good collaboration - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Pleasant personality and interpersonal skills <Preferables> - Ophthalmology and IOL experience with surgical products is preferred
