Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To respond to managing up to 4 brands, depending on the portfolio - To plan all advertising and Below the Line activities for retailers and distributors - To collaborate with Brand Managers on Above the Line plans - To create new marketing materials and develop them as necessary - To analyze data and customer information to identify problems - To develop solutions and uncover new opportunities - To plan trade marketing strategies for both Modern Trade and Traditional Trade - To handle promotion planning and budget management - To work closely with Japan and R&D teams to develop new product launches (NPD) - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Marketing, or any related field - At least 3 years of Experience as a Product Manager in Healthcare Business - Experience in taking care of health products in the drug Store channel - Experience in marketing or trade marketing of healthcare business - Conversation High Level in English (Communicate with Headquarters, email, report, and some documents) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Have your own care with a driving license <In Details> - Flexible and adaptable to new roles or responsibilities. Such as a new brand - Can handle additional tasks from the manager or a new direction from Japan - Strong team player, collaborating effectively when full functional support is not available - Logical thinker, open to trying new ideas rather than relying solely on past experiences. - Highly cooperative with external partners, including agencies and distributors. Comfortable handling trade marketing tasks without hesitation. <Preferable skill/Experience> - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience as a Pharmacist - Holds a Pharmacist License
