Work outline: In charge of sales for specific product. Product in psychology field
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
Ø Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes
Ø Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
Ø Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies.
Ø Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results
Ø Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
Ø Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules
Ø Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing
Ø Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Ø Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 28-40 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree of pharmaceutical or any related field
Ø Experience as product manager around 3-5 years
Ø Have connection with OTC and hospital
Ø Have strong sales skill and marketing
Ø Good command of English
Ø Computer literacy (MS Office etc.)
Preferable:
Ø Have knowledge about Product in psychology field
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00
