- Be able to go upcountry and visit clients’ factories if needed.
Duties & Responsibility:
- 【Work Outline】Responsible to arrange and control production plan and follow up to meet the requirement of customers in term of delivery, quantity and cost.
- Supervising and coordinating for smooth production schedules.
- Ensuring the flow of materials, parts and assemblies in production line.
- Reviewing operations and conferring with technical or administrative staff of suppliers’ companies to resolve production or processing problems.
- Reviewing processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures or duty assignments, taking into consideration budgetary limitations and time constraints.
- Directing or coordinating production and processing with suppliers.
- Preparing and maintaining production reports and records.
- Coordinating with customers by production scheduling and inventory control, flow and velocity through the value stream, until product completion and meet the customer requirements.
- Tackling with sudden tasks or solving the problem by dealing with customers and suppliers
Qualification
MUST
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female, age 32 years old up
- Bachelor degree in any related fields.
- At least 7 years working experiences related to production control in automotive parts manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding in production concept, JIT, TPS
- Good Command in English Proficiency (must be in effective communicable level)
