Product Management Supervisor (Planning)
(33K – 38K) (SDG-63457)
หัวหน้างานอาวุโสฝ่ายวางแผนและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Independently manage and coordinate the whole project for multiple products (order receive until delivery) with agility.
• Monitor and analyse market movement and client needs for better understanding and consider product improvement proposal.
• With accuracy, analyse the information, organize, and prioritize it to ensure to maximum performance.
• Cooperate with oversea clients (Existing 70% and find more potential client 30%)
• Conduct market research on potential products including planning, market analysis, cost & pricing analysis, to the outcome delivery.
• Proactively communicate with various stakeholders (e.g. Overseas Sales Office, Our factory in Chonburi, Regional HQ, etc.) towards project's successful delivery on time by leading the whole operational process.
• Communicate with several sales companies globally about new products, prepare protocol type products for cost estimation.
• Other assigned by manager including admin work.
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-33 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Have working experience at least 3 years as Product Management / Product Planning in consumer goods industry
• Business level of English
• Able to use MS Office
• Have TOEIC more than 750 is preferable
• Have management experience (Have subordinate) is preferable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดการและประสานงานทั้งโครงการอย่างอิสระสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์หลายรายการ (คำสั่งซื้อที่ได้รับจนถึงการจัดส่ง) ด้วยความคล่องตัว
• ติดตามและวิเคราะห์การเคลื่อนไหวของตลาดและความต้องการของลูกค้าเพื่อความเข้าใจที่ดีขึ้นและพิจารณาข้อเสนอการปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์
• ด้วยความแม่นยำ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จัดระเบียบ และจัดลำดับความสำคัญของข้อมูลเพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
• ร่วมมือกับลูกค้าต่างประเทศ (ที่มีอยู่ 70% และค้นหาลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพมากขึ้น 30%)
• ดำเนินการวิจัยตลาดเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีศักยภาพ รวมทั้งการวางแผน การวิเคราะห์ตลาด การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนและราคา ไปจนถึงการส่งมอบผลลัพธ์
• สื่อสารเชิงรุกกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียต่างๆ (เช่น สำนักงานขายต่างประเทศ โรงงานของเราในชลบุรี สำนักงานใหญ่ระดับภูมิภาค ฯลฯ) ต่อการส่งมอบโครงการให้ตรงเวลาโดยเป็นผู้นำกระบวนการดำเนินงานทั้งหมด
• สื่อสารกับบริษัทขายหลายแห่งทั่วโลกเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ เตรียมผลิตภัณฑ์ประเภทโปรโตคอลสำหรับการประมาณราคา
• อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการรวมถึงงานธุรการ
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 27-33 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี ด้าน Product Management / Product Planning ในอุตสาหกรรมสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภค
• ระดับภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ
• สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้
• มี TOEIC มากกว่า 750 ขึ้นไป
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหาร (มีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
