Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support the Sales team by providing technical consultation after initial client engagement - Analyze client requirements, building specifications, and project scope - Design and propose suitable fire alarm and fire protection systems (e.g., detectors, control panels, sprinklers, FM-200, Novec 1230) - Prepare TOR (Terms of Reference), BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimations, and technical proposals - Ensure all designs comply with local fire safety regulations and project requirements - Coordinate with engineering and installation teams for feasibility and execution alignment - Participate in client meetings to explain technical solutions and build confidence - Assist the Sales team in closing deals by providing accurate and competitive technical solutions - Maintain documentation and support project handover after sales
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field - At least 1 year of experience in technical support, pre-sales, service engineer for fire alarm/fire protection/building systems/building solutions. - At least 1 year of experience in designing fire alarm/fire protection/building systems/building solutions. - Ability to read and interpret building drawings and engineering systems - Conversational High Level in English (Main language in the company, and to use with clients) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Knowledge of Fire Alarm or Fire Suppression systems - Knowledge of NFPA standards or Thai fire safety regulations - Holding a Driving License and Own car (Able to use for works)
