Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Coordinates the planning and development of product packaging in conjunction with necessary parties to meet scheduled launching dates 2. Coordinates design projects with respective designers, agency partners, and production facilities to ensure on-time delivery of finished products. 3. Handles printing and review of color proofs as well as conducts detailed design checks throughout the process of development. 4. Creates food product labels, including lists of ingredients and nutritional facts, in compliance with the government guideline by checking with distributors. 5. Develops necessary technical documents, schedules, and calculations in support of new product launches 6. Communicates with potential and existing suppliers to source materials at competitive prices seeking continuous improvement 7. Provides frequent communication and coordination in regards to project updates, issues, and other pertinent topics with Supervisor and appropriate parties. 8. Seeks continuous improvement, more efficient and less expensive ways and means in work processes. 9. Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management. 10. Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for solution. 11. Maintains good communication with other managers, staff & outside contacts 12. Complies with all company policies and procedures 13. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area 14. Work with digital marketing agencies to monitor, update, and promote new products on the brand websites regularly. 15. Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years working experience as production development in Food industry or at least 5 years working experience as FDA or import/export in food industry - Skill and sense for mathematics - Conversational high level of English to communicate with stakeholders in the other countries (ex, Distributors, factories, HQ in Japan, etc) - Proficient in using Excel and Power Point (can use shapes) - Can work longer (Minimum 3 years) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in food science - Working experience of product development - Working experience of coordinator with oversea stakeholders <Competencies> - Openness to work in small-setup company - High interest in consumer products - detail-oriented (someone who will not give up for the small changes, updates, revisions to make it perfect) - careful (someone who prefers to check with managers for multiple times) - communicable and approachable - Flexible and dedicated type of person
