Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> -Develop and manage food product labeling (including ingredients and nutritional information) in compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with distributors and relevant stakeholders - Support new product launches by preparing technical documentation, schedules, and necessary calculations - Collaborate closely with internal teams, supervisors, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution, timely updates, and issue resolution - Plan and support product promotion, including working with digital marketing agencies to manage and update brand websites -Monitor operations, identify inefficiencies, and proactively propose improvements to optimize processes and reduce costs - Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams, management, and external stakeholders - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards - Report issues, risks, or irregularities to management and support problem-solving initiatives - Perform ad hoc tasks, special projects, and other duties as assigned - Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years working experience as Product Marketing or Product development in Food industry - Conversational high level of English to communicate with stakeholders in the other countries (ex, Distributors, factories, HQ in Japan, etc) - Proficient in using Excel and Power Point (can use shapes) - Can work longer (Minimum 3 years) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in food science - Working experience of product development - Working experience of coordinator with oversea stakeholders
