Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist and coordinate with the CEO (i.e. solving customer related issues, etc.)
- Supervising, establishing and coordinating the wi-fi rental process
- Ensuring the flow of wifi rental process between or within departments
- Familiarize with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks regarding miscommunication between staff and customers
- Responsible for Japanese and non-Japanese customers and support the team to solve problems and deal with delivery issues
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
MUST
- Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age not over 40
- Able to work under pressure/Willing to be in a hectic work environment
- At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service/Inventory/Stock Management
PREFER
- Problem solving skills, mature, excellent team player
- Good personality and interpersonal skills
- Strong responsibility for job assignment and goal oriented
Languages skills:
- THAI: Native level (No Eng OK)
Workplace Area: BTS Saladaeng
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 09:30 – 18:30
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000-40,000 THB/Month
