Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Comply with the rules of the company - Check and log into Autoliv system for new RFQs to ensure TFC uploads are correct - Organize TFC meetings and related documents; prepare contract reviews for customers - Prepare a Master schedule for new models and send to customers; follow up on improvement results and report to commander - Monitor progress of operations for engineering changes or production source changes - Control and develop new products; prepare meetings to summarize new product performance and coordinate with other related departments - Coordinate with customers regarding new models and perform other duties as assigned by the commander - Track build progress; ensure Tooling, Mold, Die, and Jig are completed to meet customer plan - Follow up on samples for new models - Any other tasks assigned by the management team
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Production, Mechanic, Electrical Engineering or related field - Conversational middle level of English (To handle email and paperwork) - At least 3 years of work experience in project coordination, new product development, production planning, sales coordination, or a related role. - Experience in coordinating with customers and internal departments to manage schedules, follow up on progress, and meet project deadlines. - Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in the automotive industry, particularly with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 / Tier 2 suppliers. - Experience in automotive safety products, such as airbags, seat belts, steering wheels, or other safety-related components, is highly preferred. - Experience in new product development (NPD), new model launch, or project management. <Personality> - Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
