Work Outline: Responsible for advising customers about the company products
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provision of the highest standards of service to build and maintain excellent customer relationships
Demonstrating, advising and educating customers on the full range of company products by email, phone call and appointment
Providing assistance to them, product set up and product service.
Maintaining a high level of customer contact and communication and proactively identifying opportunities for business development.
Handle all related documents task.
Support sales team and visit customer with them to present about the product (By company car and driver)
Take training in Japan and then go back to teach other product advisors in Thailand
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/ Female, Age 22-28 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Fresh graduate is also welcome
Good command in English and Japanese (N2 or above)
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience as Sales or customer service
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversation Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversation (N2 or above)
Workplace Area: MRT Rama 9
Working Hour: 08:00 – 17:00 (Mon - Fri)
