Job Description
<Job responsibilities>
- Support exporting procedure of component parts Head office in Egypt
- Coordinate with Thai suppliers about new specifications of parts as per customer requests
to get a quotation and supply parts to the customer
- Negotiate and follow up with each supplier about delivery
- Make updated quotations monthly based on the exchange rate
- Issue invoice and purchase order to the supplier
- Issue invoices, pack, and arrange shipment (Sea shipment and Air shipment)
according to the buyer's request
- Read and check Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Issue shipping documents as per Letter of Credit (L/C) request, including Bill of
Loading document (B/L) and related privileged form (Form CO) and finally present to bank
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 3-5 years as a Procurement in the trading field
- Able to read and check Letter of Credit (L/C) and Bills of Loading document (B/L)
- Able to use Microsoft office especially Excel
- Conversational high level in English
(communicate with international customers and the Egypt Managing Director)
- Have Experience in Export document preparation: PO, PI, invoice, Packing list, Export Entry
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Vlookup, Pivot table
- Experience in trading At consumer electronics manufacturers
- Experience in sourcing
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 9:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
