Procurement Senior Executive (Resin) (35K–50K) (SDG-111003) เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารงานจัดซื้ออาวุโส (เรซิน) <Job responsibilities> • Contribution to company group worldwide for cost reduction activities in the electronic field. • Work together with companies worldwide. Contact team as well as our subsidiary companies worldwide. • Analyze and report Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet of own department as well as setting business plan. • Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and objective. • Monitor team performance and positive guidance, coaching and constructive feedback. • Taking care of visitors from worldwide to visit factories and subcontractors mainly in Thailand. 1-2 times/ month (overseas business trip too) • Other duties as assigned <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> • มีส่วนสนับสนุนกลุ่มบริษัททั่วโลกด้านกิจกรรมลดต้นทุนในด้านอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ • ทำงานร่วมกับบริษัทต่างๆ ทั่วโลก ติดต่อทีมงานและบริษัทในเครือทั่วโลก • วิเคราะห์และรายงานกำไรขาดทุนและงบดุลของแผนกตนเอง รวมถึงวางแผนธุรกิจ • พัฒนาและดำเนินกลยุทธ์เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ของทีม • ติดตามประสิทธิภาพของทีมและคำแนะนำเชิงบวก การฝึกสอน และคำติชมที่สร้างสรรค์ • ดูแลนักท่องเที่ยวจากทั่วโลกที่มาพบโรงงานและผู้รับเหมาช่วง โดยส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในประเทศไทย 1-2 ครั้ง/เดือน (รวมถึงการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจต่างประเทศด้วย) • หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่มอบหมาย
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 40 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of experience in Procurement of Resin/Plastic products - Conversational high level of English - Experience in import and export transportation. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS office( Excel, and Powerpoint) for presenting strategies and new development. <Preferable Skills/Experience> - Experience in Japanese company - Experience of working in a large-scale company as a procurement Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: MRT Silom Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri, Flexible time (8am-17pm, 9am-18pm), Hybrid working operation, according to team operation and company's policy.)
