Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare reports and summarize data for procurement activities - Coordinate with internal requestors and suppliers within the assigned purchasing scope for projects - Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers for optimal purchase packages considering quality, price, terms, deliveries, and services - Follow quality standard systems, environment, occupational health and safety protocols - Execute other assigned procurement-related tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 1 years of experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment (both oversea and domestic) - Experience in Sourcing technical parts, MRO(Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), and new model items, ability to read drawings and conduct detailed cost analysis - Conversation Middle in English (E-mail and communicate with Oversea suppliers and stakeholders) <In details> - Problem-solving skills - Proficient in MS Excel for price comparison <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - HSK score - TOEIC score will be an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Management, Industrial Management or related field - Business level in English to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
