Procurement Manager (Japanese Speaking) (60K-80K) (SDG-51257) <Job Responsibilities> Develop and create proposal for category management strategy for Raw Material Procurement in the region Sourcing and contracting for Raw Material procurement where most of the suppliers are Japanese companies or joint-ventures with Japanese entities in order to deliver cost saving and other values Administration work relating to procurement business Lead site-based procurement teams to introduce and drive cross plant category management in raw material procurement Support through site-based procurement members locally (visit site 1-2 times/ week) Analyzing data, setting strategy, budget and targets for cost reduction, reducing the number of suppliers, etc. Aggregating data monthly of procurement KPIs of site-based procurement teams into the same as the region with gap analysis to the budget and forecast, and drafting reports of the same to the top management Required to stay and work together at each site with site-based procurement members <Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, 30-40 years old Bachelor's degree in any fields 10-12 years’ experience in related to procurement Knowledge of Reducing cost Willing to work with site-based procurement team (1-2 times/week) Good command of Japanese (N2,N1) Have good operational management and general business skills. Budgeting and KPI management skills. Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools, major ERP packages such as SAP and Oracle. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and practices. Good negotiation skills for contracts. Experience of global category management with multi-national companies. Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills Thai and English language skill. TOEIC score 750 and above <Preferable Skill / Experience> Experience in Automotive industry Knowledge around automotive industry is preferable.
