Work outline: Responsible for company’s procurement function management and coordinate with both domestic and overseas customers and suppliers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage procurement team
Ø Cooperate both internal (TH/JP colleagues) and external (Customer & Supplier) both domestic and oversea
Ø Solve problem
Ø Develop team
Ø Suggest company to improve work flow
Ø Travel to client’s office sometimes with transportation allowance support.
Ø Travel to custom office to clear paperwork sometime.
Ø Other task assigned by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 38-45 years.
Ø Bachelor Degree or higher
Ø At least 8-10 years in procurement function.
Ø 3-5 years in procurement management role with subordinates
Ø Experience in W/H management + import and export + purchasing management
Ø Good knowledge in custom clearance paperwork
Ø Knowledge in custom form A/ form D documents
Ø Good English communication
Ø Strong import/export knowledge
Ø Good team and people management skill
Ø Result-oriented
Preferable:
Ø Background as a procurement management from similar industry
Ø Experience working in Japanese company
Ø Good negotiation skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Bangna-Trad
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon –Fri)
