Job Description
Responsibility:
- Supervise and manage for procurement operation such as ordering and selling including the delivery control and negotiation Coordinate with customer
- Supervise and manage suppliers/customers for all related matters Handle Import/Export procedure
- Supervise and manage the Oracle system for ordering and invoicing
- Grasp and analyze the problem issues and discuss with superior and related parties to find the solution
- Understand the international procurement scheme
Qualification:
- Age: 35 –40 ( Male or Female)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Science, Arts-English, Arts
- Japanese or related field
- At least 7-12 years’ experience in Sales, Procurement, Purchasing and Trading
- Experience: 1 year, in sales, marketing, or sales engineer
- Other special requirements: Experience relate to machine part, manufacturing equipment
- Solid background Electrical parts purchasing and international procurement are advantages
- Irregular working hour must be accepted (Overtime Working)
- Language Skill : *TOEIC (700 or above) *Japanese in Business Level (JLPT1-2)
