Procurement Engineer (Cost down/Officer-Senior Level) (30K–50K) (SDG-113002) วิศวกรจัดซื้อ (ลดต้นทุน/เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับอาวุโส) 1 คน <Job responsibilities> This position is specific for Supplier management, Strategic Procurement, Cost management, Sourcing & cost-down activity including Governance, Compliance, Contract review, - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers (both domestic and overseas - Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms & conditions with suppliers to achieve target agreement and cost down. - Improving procurement efficiency through supplier development and evaluation - Establishing relationships with Group company procurement & engineer teams - Develop and maintain Strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain - Visit supplier in domestic and oversea for discuss the project - Ensure contracts comply with the company policies and legal requirements - Conduct market research and other tasks as assigned <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> ตำแหน่งนี้โดยเฉพาะสำหรับการจัดการซัพพลายเออร์ การจัดซื้อเชิงกลยุทธ์ การจัดการต้นทุน การจัดหาและกิจกรรมลดต้นทุน รวมถึงการกำกับดูแล การปฏิบัติตาม การตรวจสอบสัญญา - ระบุและประเมินซัพพลายเออร์ที่มีศักยภาพ (ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ - เจรจาราคา สัญญา ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขกับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อบรรลุข้อตกลงเป้าหมายและลดต้นทุน - การปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการจัดซื้อผ่านการพัฒนาและการประเมินซัพพลายเออร์ - สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับทีมจัดซื้อและวิศวกรของบริษัทกลุ่มบริษัท - พัฒนาและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันแข็งแกร่งกับซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าห่วงโซ่อุปทานมีความน่าเชื่อถือ - พบซัพพลายเออร์ในประเทศและต่างประเทศเพื่อหารือเกี่ยวกับโครงการ - ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าสัญญาเป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัทและข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมาย - ดำเนินการวิจัยตลาดและงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
