Work outline: Manage and control procurement team. Develop and improve suppliers
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Improvement purchasing activities and maintain purchasing system.
Ø Manage and control team for purchasing function and related job.
Ø Handle to assign and support job to subordinate.
Ø Develop and improve suppliers
Ø Specify and control purchasing strategy to meet company target.
Ø Develop and maintain improve inventory performance.
Ø Develop and execute strategies, policies and practices as well as improving purchasing service and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Ø Supervise, motivate, and evaluate employees engaged in purchase activities.
Ø Maintain and follow purchasing procedures to conform ISO standards.
Ø Visit domestics manufacturing if required
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male and Female , 30-45 years
Ø Bachelor's Degree in any fields
Ø Strong experienced in managing procurement/purchasing department for industrial product in management level
Ø Good command in Japanese in Business Level (N1)
Ø Deep understanding of strategy for the company and ability to think strategy
Ø Good command of both spoken, written English and good organization skill
Ø Strong communication & interpersonal skills & negotiation skill
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Business Level
Workplace Area: Bangna-Trad (km. 4.5)
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
