Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Purchasing order management; overseas, import materials from Japan, China (Person in charge is all Japanese), coordinate with them via email/ call in case of urgency. - Manage production activities, including material planning, ordering, scheduling, and product delivery. - Coordinate with contract suppliers to ensure materials and deliveries meet production requirements. - Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery. - Act as an interpreter between Japanese and Thai staff during meetings and daily operations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Fresh graduated from the faculty of Liberal Arts in Japanese - At least 1 year experiences in an Interpreter or Procurement - Conversational High of Japanese (At least JLPT N3 or over) - Conversational Middle of English (documentation, translation, email, etc.) - Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience as an Interpreter/Purchasing in a manufacturing company - Have worked or studied in Japan - Can join immediately
