 Duties & Responsibilities:

 Prepare and manage delivery documents, tax invoice, debit note, credit note, sales and purchase contract, breakdown and quotation

 Issue receipt and payment instruction slip 

 Arrange the delivery and negotiate the delivery conditions with customers and suppliers

 Support procurement and logistic activities 


Qualifications:

[Must]

 Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age between 23-35 years old

 Bachelor’s Degree

 English business level

 At least 1 year working experience in import or logistic field

 Less than 45 minutes for one way commuting time or Able to move near office

 Finishing or exemption from military service


Preferable Skill / Experience

 Working experience at factory of Japanese company

 Experience in procurement or logistics (import business)

 Experience in issuing and managing invoice


Languages skills 

English: Advanced conversational level

Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk

Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
