<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare information for assigned projects. - Present the project to the section manager and department manager. - Prepare documents and information related to the project or activities. - Make an action plan and follow up on assigned project and activities. - Follow up and summarize the results of project implementation. - Analyze and solve problems that occur with projects. - Contact and coordinate with the relevant department. - Compliance with work assigned by chief. - Present the analysis result of the project. - Maintain and follow up the result and progress of the improvement project. - Risk assessment of a project or activity. - Other job as assigned. - Other tasks as assigned by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related fields - At least 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in Electronics or Machinery Equipment Manufacturing - Conversational middle in English (Communication with overseas supplier, email and documents) - Experience in development & improvement projects - Knowledge of PLC / SolidWorks or AutoCAD - Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Kaizen / DOE for process optimization <Indetails> - Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills - Able to work under pressure <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Have working experience in a Japanese company. - Can start working immediately
