About this Job
Work outline: Do activities of process improvement, liaison between production and design engineering, cost estimating
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Establishing labor standards through the use of time-motion studies
Ø Improve product flow using Kaizen events, plant rearrangement, assembly cell design, etc.• Plant layout drawing maintenance
Ø Work with IT, Expat and vender to implement new tools/line, including designing new Warehouse/Shipping operation processed
Ø Generate cost estimates for new Warehouse/Shipping operation development
Ø Create and maintain work instructions for process improvements and engineering change
Ø Other assignments as deemed appropriate by the supervisor
Ø Able to travel aboard
Ø Other assigned task
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male and Female , 27-35 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineer
Ø At least 5 years working as Process Engineer, Process improvement in manufacturing environment
Ø Preferred background with Warehouse/Logistics operation or Industrial Engineer
Ø Project management handling
Ø Plant layout and product flow analysis
Ø Time-motion studies and Line balancing
Ø New product cost estimating
Ø One-piece flow assembly line design
Ø Kaizen events
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 09:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
