Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze, monitor, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and optimize production costs.
- Investigate root causes of defective products and production issues, and coordinate with relevant departments to implement effective corrective actions.
- Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure accurate and standardized operations.
- Establish and analyze Standard Time and Cycle Time to support production line balancing and achieve production targets.
- Participate in machinery installation, testing, and process preparation for new product launches.
- Collaborate with production and related departments to identify improvement opportunities and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Apply appropriate quality and continuous improvement tools such as 7 QC Tools, Kaizen, Lean, 5S, and ISO 9001 principles.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing/process engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Conversational middle-level English (Internal Communication, Documents, Email)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using AutoCAD and SolidWorks

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Practical experience with 7 QC Tools, Kaizen, Lean, 5S, and ISO 9001
- Experience in production line balancing, Standard Time/Cycle Time, machinery installation, or new product introduction (NPI)
- IATF knowledge
