Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support new supplier approval audit - Support internal/third party audit on company and their suppliers - Support supplier performance evaluation and improvement - Support collaboration with Engineering to identify risks of new product development, and review document control, BOM, spec and FAI - Support collaboration with Engineering and supplier to identify risk of new product manufacturing process, FMEA and key product characteristics - Support collaboration with Engineering and supplier for quality control, quality report and production yield of pilot production - Support collaboration with Engineering and supplier to establish product standards, SOP, SIP, CP and reliability test spec - Support review and follow up design change and quality issues in new product development stage - Participate in supplier new production line audit and verification - Participate in evaluation of supplier 4M change request and risk assessment - Independently evaluate supplier production control (4M1E) to ensure company's product/process requirements are met - Participate in improving process control, product quality and production yield - Participate in reviewing and follow-up open process/quality issues, SCAR and 8D reports with suppliers - Support handling complex quality issues and customer requirements - Support supervising and coordinating QC inspection works
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 year of working experience in production control from manufacturing environment, especially in fiber optics industry preferred - Conversation High to Business in Mandarin (HSK5+ to communicate with clients and supplier) - Good English reading and writing, basic listening and speaking <In details> - Willing to go training in China - Good understanding of drawing requirements - Familiar with MS office - Strong analysis skill - Good reporting and can work independently - Strong administrative and organizational skills - Ability to support multiple stakeholders and manage tasks across different priorities - Clear communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with GM and Project teams <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering preferred - Experience in MNC environment is preferred
