Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare and update daily production records and reports - Record daily production output, scrap and production status - Follow up production progress and report any delays or issues - Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Quality and Engineering teams - Check material availability and follow up material shortages - Prepare and maintain production documents and work orders - Update production information in ERP or other company systems - Support production planning and daily production activities - Assist with inventory and production data checking - Maintain proper filing of production documents and records - Support production trial and new product activities when required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> Candidate A or B can try - A: At least 1 year of in production line, engineer, Technician, admin, back offin working experience in manufacturing environment - Fresh graduates with a degree in Engineering or Science are welcome. Graduates from other fields with relevant internship experience are also considered. - Conversation High to Business in Mandarin (HSK5+ to communicate with clients and supplier) - Willing to go training in China, 3-6 month depends on experiences <In details> - Good English reading and writing, basic listening and speaking - Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel - Good understanding of drawing requirements - Strong analysis skill - Good reporting and can work independently - Strong administrative and organizational skills - Ability to support multiple stakeholders and manage tasks across different priorities - Clear communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with GM and Project teams - Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering preferred - Experience in fiber optics industry preferred - Experience in MNC environment is preferred - Basic English communication is an advantage
