Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: • Repair and maintenance “press mold” and responsible for "PM (Periodic Maintenance)" • Follow up Mold repairing and Modify actual to comply with planed • Analysis and determine solution Mold trouble, Reach target of PPM defective product percentage. • Manage all management systems in Mold Department to maximize efficiency • Coordinate with related department to reduce problem machine breakdown which caused from Mold trouble. • Training and support for 5-8 mold Engineers • Other tasks as assigned by Thai factory manager and Japanese manager
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience • Age 35-45 years • Male / Female • Bachelor’s Degree • At least 5 years’ experience of "Press Mold Engineer" in Automobiles industry • At least 3 years as Supervisor or Assistant Manager experience (Have subordinate around 10) • Basic level of English (Be able to be reading and writing) • Experience of "PM (Periodic Maintenance)" for press mold is preferable. • Not job hopper at least 3 years working in same company is preferable. • Have willingness to career up Manager level is preferable. • Work in Japanese company is preferable.
