Press Leader

หัวหน้างานกด
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Operate press process to meet the customer request
• Control and manage production process to work on time with good quality.
• Solve the problems and maintain standardization of production process
• KAIZEN, 5S activity for pressing process section
• Manage and Develop subordinates
• Ensure operation of equipment by coordinating with maintenance team
• Other tasks assigned
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• College diploma in any related field
• At least 3 years working experience of progressive press machine in Automotive company(They use 100-250t press machine)
• At least 1 year experience as leader or subleader
• Have experience and knowledge of molding maintenance
• Having experience of using 2D CAD is more advantage

Workplace Area: Amata City Chonburi Industrial
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri <Saturday Working: Every Saturday >*Night shit(20:00-5:00) has rare ocasion)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•ดำเนินกระบวนการกดเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
•ควบคุมและจัดการกระบวนการผลิตให้ทำงานตรงเวลาด้วยคุณภาพที่ดี
•แก้ไขปัญหาและรักษามาตรฐานของกระบวนการผลิต
• KAIZEN กิจกรรม 5S สำหรับส่วนกระบวนการเร่งด่วน
•จัดการและพัฒนาผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
•ตรวจสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์โดยประสานงานกับทีมซ่อมบำรุง
•งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-35 ปี
•ประกาศนียบัตรวิทยาลัยในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีของเครื่องกดแบบโปรเกรสซีฟใน บริษัท ยานยนต์ (ใช้เครื่องกด 100-250 ตัน)
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในฐานะผู้นำหรือผู้ช่วยหัวหน้า
•มีประสบการณ์และความรู้ในการดูแลรักษาแม่พิมพ์
•มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ 2D CAD จะได้เปรียบกว่า
