Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 3 years of experience in maintenance of press dies for sheet metal stamping - Basic knowledge of press die structures, stamping processes, and die components - Ability to identify die-related problems and perform corrective maintenance to ensure stable production <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience maintaining progressive dies, compound dies, or transfer dies - Experience in the automotive parts or precision metal components industry - Experience in die fitting, polishing, grinding, machining, or die component replacement - Experience setting up die maintenance procedures or preventive maintenance systems for a new production line
