Presale Engineer (Cyber Security Solution Advisor) (CSA) (45K-60K) (SDG-82106) วิศวกรพรีเซลล์ (ที่ปรึกษาโซลูชันความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์) (CSA) <Job Responsibilities> - Troubleshoot and advise solutions to address cyber security issues and challenges. - Collaborate with Cyber Security Engineer team in producing a solution to cope with the client’s circumstance, and then deliver the solution presentation to related parties. - Take ownership in document preparation, proposal development, functional/technical requirement specification compliance according to particular requests initiated by RFP, TOR, special accounts, JV projects, etc. - Coordinate with Sale team to support in documents. - Maintain relationship with customers. <More details> - Organize overall tasks and control operational errands according to service level agreement (SLA) <Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 25-35 years old - Bachelor’s degree in any related fields. - 3 years’ experience in Cybersecurity on Network, Database, Application, System, or cloud - Having knowledge on Tools or solution on cybersecurity such as Network security, Application security, Data Security, Endpoint/User security, Cloud Security and Container Security. - Knowledge on Cybersecurity standards, Cybersecurity Law - Good command of English as conversational (Using in presentation, Reading POC) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Professional certification in relevant area is preferred.
