Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for pre-sales consultation of projects, including project analysis, technical communication, and solution design;
- Manage end-to-end pre-sales technical support to ensure quality and compliance.
- Industry analysis and competition analysis;
- According to the company’s strategy, conduct potential need analysis and produce innovative industry solutions.
- Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practices and in line with client requirements
- Respond to RFI/RFPs and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process
- Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Collaborate with Product Managers to share client feedback and stay updated on market trends
- Visit clients with sales team
- Any task as assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, telecommunication, or computer science-related.
- At least 2 years’ presales experience in CCTV/enterprise network or any IT-related industry
- Conversational high in English to communicate with internal
- Able to go visit clients (depends on the project but mainly Bangkok and the surrounding area)

<Preferable>
- Own car and driving license
- Experience in leading big project is preferred 
- Can communicate in Chinese.
