Pre-Sales Engineer (CCTV) - Northern or Northeastern (40K–65K) (SDG-60865)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist with technical questions or concerns during the sales process
- Respond the inbound phone call and gather the information of requirement
- Reach out as cold call to outbound customers in order to provide and propose our products/services to new and existing customers
- Participate in the initial portion of the project specification process
- Collaborate with the sales support or account team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations
- Determine the technical requirements to meet client goals
- Act as liaison between the organization’s sales/business development and engineering groups
- Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions
- Coordinate the transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation engineering once contracts have been awarded
- Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/ Female 25 - 33 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Engineering in related field
- junior level: Fresh graduates to 2 years of working experiences with Technology products knowledge
- Senior level: More than 3 years of working experiences as Pre-Sales Engineer or Technical Engineer in CCTV or other security products
- Good command of verbal and written English (to communicate with foreign report line and in documents)
- Customer-service minded and presentation skill
- Have own car and driving license for business purpose (company provides allowances for car maintenance and gasoline)
- Self-management and willing to work independently

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- ช่วยตอบคำถามทางเทคนิคหรือข้อกังวลระหว่างกระบวนการขาย
- ตอบสนองการโทรเข้าและรวบรวมข้อมูลความต้องการ
- ติดต่อโทรหาลูกค้าต่างประเทศเพื่อจัดหาและเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ / บริการของเราให้กับลูกค้าใหม่และลูกค้าที่มีอยู่
- เข้าร่วมในส่วนเริ่มต้นของกระบวนการข้อกำหนดโครงการ
- ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายสนับสนุนการขายหรือทีมบัญชีโดยทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคนิคในการนำเสนอลูกค้า
- กำหนดข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของลูกค้า
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประสานงานระหว่างการขาย / การพัฒนาธุรกิจขององค์กรและกลุ่มวิศวกรรม
- ตอบสนองต่อคำร้องขอข้อมูลหรือคำร้องขอข้อเสนอจากลูกค้าจัดหารายละเอียดทางเทคนิคของโซลูชันที่เสนอ
- ประสานการเปลี่ยนแปลงระหว่างข้อกำหนดก่อนการขายและวิศวกรรมการใช้งานเมื่อได้รับสัญญา
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 25 - 33 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเทคโนโลยีหรือวิศวกรรมในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น: นักศึกษาจบใหม่ถึง 2 ปีมีประสบการณ์การทำงานพร้อมความรู้ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์เทคโนโลยี
- ระดับอาวุโส: ประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง Pre-Sales Engineer หรือ Technical Engineer ด้านกล้องวงจรปิดหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านความปลอดภัยอื่น ๆ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ด้วยวาจาและเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร (สื่อสารกับสายรายงานต่างประเทศและเอกสาร)
- มีใจรักงานบริการลูกค้าและมีทักษะในการนำเสนอ
- มีรถยนต์และใบอนุญาตขับขี่สำหรับธุรกิจของตนเอง (บริษัท มีเบี้ยเลี้ยงสำหรับการบำรุงรักษารถยนต์และน้ำมันเบนซิน)
- จัดการตนเองและเต็มใจที่จะทำงานอย่างอิสระ
