<Number of employees : Total: 50 Local: 48 Japanese: 2 Foreigner: 0 > <Report Line: Japanese GM > <Team Member: 16 persons> <Number of Subordinates: 16 persons > <Products: Manufacture and sale of molded plastic products (precision parts for cameras, etc.)> <Clients: Precision parts company for electrical appliances, copiers, cameras, etc.> <Saturday Working: None > <Position Objective/Expectation > - Able to manage as a Plastic Molding Engineer and work onsite as well. <Job Responsibilities> - Manage subordinators - Troubleshoot plastic injection techniques in daily production (diagnosis of failures, product defects, etc.) - Troubleshoot and improve molds (inspection, planning, machining drawings, repair work, etc.) with mold fixing - Improve the machining process - Calculate quotes when required by customers (quotation of production costs, molding costs ...) - Train department staff and other departments when required. - Make plans and supervise the work of employees. - Make weekly/monthly report. . . - Maintain ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001, 5S systems - Reduce errors, reduce labor cost; arrange production stages - Propose, review and implement improvement ideas. - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's Degree or High school in Engineering field ★At least 5 years of experience as a Plastic Molding Engineer (Size 15-30 tons) ★At least 1 year of management experience <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience in Japan or a Japanese company - Good at understanding technical drawing - Good at analyzing, planning, investigating, and handling problems arising in production. - Good at computing skills: Excel, Powerpoint; AutoCAD is preferably - Dynamic, honest, hardworking, careful, with a high sense of responsibility
