Plant Manager @ Songkla (60K-100K) (SDG-37948)
<Job Responsibilities>
Production
Operation, coordinate and monitoring the work of various departments
Oversee employee operation to efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely. (PQCDSEM)
Measuring the Budget and control cost level of the Resin & FA Operation cost in accordance to the target set in KPI / BSC.
Engineering/ Maintenance
Ensure plant availability is achieved for required production
Monitor projects for completion
Participate with supplier contract/negotiations
Plant HSEQ Compliance and Process Safety Management
Responsible for HSEQ performance of the plant.
Overseeing the factory operation in accordance to Thai law (DIW 2535, EIA, other law)
Ensure workplace activities such that risk to the employees and others is as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP)
Ensure HSEQ accidents and near misses are reported and investigated
Process Safety Management
Provide leadership, counsel and technical assistance to all department in the field of process safety management to attain production, quality, cost, safety and environmental goals.
Lead and document the PHA/hazard evaluations of each project
Perform Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) to determine the risk
Develop and implement key performance indicators to track the progress of PSM (Process Safety Management)
Conduct audits for site management of change (MOC) and pre-start up safety review process (PSSR)
Plant Staff Management
Review and plan plant staff development or recruitment needs
Support HR to ensure compliance to documented company policies
Participate in annual salary review (PMP) for both staff on individual
Product and Business Development
Provide support and collaboration to the Sales/Technical/Marketing team
Oversee process improvement in manufacture and performance of existing products and processes
Plant Technical Support
Production troubleshooting and process improvement.
Deployment company strategy Map, Our focus, Our value from AAPH and company GM
To coordinate with AAPH, PTG, HSE to improve operation.
To Support and Implementation ISO9001, ISO14001, and HSEQ procedure and other Regulation
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 40-50 years old
Bachelor's degree in chemical science or engineering or related others field
10 years of relevant working experiences in a Chemical site
5 years minimum of factory management skills
Able to travel when required (Singapore, within Thailand)
English: Conversational high or above
